What information is processed?

We process your full name, hotel/company name and email address, along with any optional phone number and message you provide. Your selected communication language, request time and technical form transaction information are recorded. Connection information may be used for short-term technical checks to limit misuse. Please do not include guest records, identity documents, payment details or special categories of personal data in your message.

Purpose, collection method and legal basis

Information is collected directly through this electronic form to respond to your request, arrange a demo conversation, assess your needs and follow up on communication. Depending on the request, the condition relating directly to entering into a contract is considered; for communication and site security, legitimate interests are considered provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Your request does not subscribe you to advertising or bulk marketing.

Service providers and access

Your request is reviewed by authorised Dunya Software personnel. Cloudflare infrastructure is used to host the site and store records. These services may use infrastructure outside Türkiye. Proper requests from legally authorised bodies are assessed separately.

Retention

Information is retained only for the time needed to assess your request and carry out necessary communication follow-up. You can request deletion of records that are not required for an ongoing business relationship, a legal retention obligation or the protection of rights.

Your rights and requests

Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose of processing and recipients; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; request notification of those actions to recipients; object to an adverse outcome resulting from automated analysis; and seek compensation for harm caused by unlawful processing.
